Real Madrid could sell as many as ten first team players as the club faces a summer of uncertainty due to an impending transfer ban by FIFA. Reports also claim Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos are two of the first team players who could be sold.
Zinedane Zidane’s side have played second fiddle to Barcelona in recent years despite spending more on transfers and the team is looking to correct its errors this summer by selling bad eggs.
Real President Florentino Perez reportedly received a transfer request from Ronaldo and Ramos earlier in the week following the 1-0 home defeat to local rivals Atletico Madrid.
The duo could be sold due to a lack of commitment to the club’s cause.
Zidane himself has been linked with an early exit from the club this week, but it’s reported that he’ll support Perez’s wishes of a clear out if it means he’s able to retain his own job.
