But the British singer’s ‘hot’ new bodyguard Peter Van der Veen has caused a dangerous spike in heartbeats across social media for his arresting good looks.

The Dutchman’s chiseled jaw, shaved head, striking blue-eyes and macho profile has literally sent sections of the internet into a tizzy.

The reaction to the bodyguard is reminiscent of the attention that convicted felon Jeremy Meeks’ sparked after Stockton police released his mugshot on Facebook last year and hoards of adoring women turned the air blue with their comments on his good looks.

However, it’s certainly not the first time that Van der Veen has been in the spotlight. He used to be Lady Gaga’s bodyguard and has also worked with Iggy Azalea.
