President Mahamadou Issoufou Of Niger Republic who is a close ally of president Muhammadu Buhari has used the latter’s (Buhari) picture in his campaign vehicle. Guess Buhari is now regarded as a “political savior” after winning the 2015 presidential election against all odds -that even both opposition party and foreigners want to include him in their campaigns.
